Booking & cancellation
- At least 24 hours' notice for new requests.
- Free reschedule or cancel up to 6 hours before your appointment.
- Inside 6 hours or no-show: 50% of the booked service is charged.
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash.

Pricing questions
How much does a mobile haircut cost?
$175 for the first guest's first service. Each additional guest is $50–$75, add-ons start at $50, and family packages lower the per-person price. A travel fee may apply depending on distance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel free with at least 6 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 6 hours, or no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked service.
Do you accept cash?
No. We authorize a card when your appointment is confirmed. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
How far do you travel?
We serve Silicon Valley and cities up to about 100 miles from our Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Campbell, San Jose and Hayward bases. A travel fee may apply outside the core area and is always confirmed first.
